Graeter's Ice Cream - Louisville

I had a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream, and it was delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. The air conditioning was fantastic on a hot day as well!

It's really unfortunate that they are discontinuing their lactose-free ice cream and replacing it with frozen fruit water sherbet. That's quite disappointing. Their lactose-free ice cream was fantastic, and if they had promoted it a bit more, it might have made a difference.

I approached the employee and politely asked if she could scoop for me as well, which she then did. This left me questioning why she was willing to serve the lady behind me but not my son and me initially. It seems unfair that we weren't treated equally, especially since I respected their closing time. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing.

Try the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Bourbon ball.

We eat Graeter's regularly and today it was gummy and seemed slightly melted. We have never experienced that at Graeter's before. Neither of us finished our ice cream, they were regular flavors we have had before. ?
