Bidrage med feedbackThis is the best place I've eaten in a bed. the service was amazing and literally everything tasted so good. my table ordered egg rolls, roasted tofu and chicken, and I tried all together with my runway with grilled pork. every bite made me sing. I can't expect to come back.
This tiny esserei packed a big taste stamp! the spring rolls were excellently fresh and well cut, my tofu pho broke out my socks! the personal was warm and friendly and I am so sad that I live in another condition. Thank you for making me eat in louisville last night, it was unforgettable.
I liked it here. Very small and cozy for those cold days. Each of the 6 tables only holds 2 people so don't expect to bring a group of people here. The dining area is basically the size of a small living room. The food itself was really good. I had the spring roll and they added a hint of lemon juice in it. Never had that before and a nice surprise. The entire Vietnamese restaurants in all of GA doesn't do that. The menu is limited and encompasses 1 page. Don't expect to eat anything other than pho or rice noodles with BBQ meat. Those are pretty much the only 2 entrees. It's a bit pricy starting at 6 for appetizers to 15 main entrée. I would say go here if you have a hankering for phi, but don't expect much. Eat and leave, the place can only hold like 12 people max.
We've never not loved any Vietnamese we've had but Eatz stood out for its amazing pork dish! The pork was so, so tender and flavorful. The dish was also more than your money's worth in size. I ate the vegetables first so as to save the pork for home, and they were SO fresh. Honestly, even though the pork was to die for, the vegetables were my favorite aspect because I am often disappointed with restaurants that provide only a small portion or less fresh vegetables. The pork dish came with a vinegar sauce, which I love! The spring roles with peanut butter sauce were amazing too!
I am Vietnamese, immigrated in Canada, living in the US right now and I am only the visitor in Louisville. For the very first time, I found a place selling authentic Vietnamese food like this. It’s not too much at all to say this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in North America. For many reasons: 1. The flavor is exactly the right one. The food here are so good. Very authentic. 2. I like the menu here. They don’t have lots of options for you to choose, only a few but I believe that’s how it should be. I used to wonder and don’t understand why other Vietnamese restaurants have so many things on their menus. If anyone knows well about Vietnamese foods, they will know that the ways to prepare different broths for different soups are different. Plus to have a good broth, it takes so much time to prepare too. Therefore, if you sells to many different kinds of Vietnamese soups and noodles on the menu, I am doubt about the quality of your broth. Here at this restaurant, they only have 2 options for Pho and Hu Tiu. Therefore just by looking at the menu, I know it must be so good and it’s true. I had Hu Tiu today. OH my goodness, it’s just sooooo good. Unfortunately I forgot to take its photo. My daughter had Banh My and she took this photo. It tasted so good too.
