Domino's Pizza - Louisville

Customer service sucks and won't make right so u am out 60 bucks never again will I order there again I will tell everybody not order

The loaded tater tots with bacon cheese was awesome. I would definitely order again. The gentleman was friendly also. Hard to find these days!

Advertisements look so good which made me try, tots were overdone, burnt bacon, and dry cheese barely any ranch, I mean like I got two of them for the hype and I hope they make the pizza sauce in house so the crew can be to blame because it was straight tomato sauce no herbs or anything. I was shocked because I used to eat dominos. And BOTH of my pizzas tasted this way. Scared to give a different location a try for the money I paid for that disappointment of a meal.

It was a pepperoni pizza with light green pepper cooked Perfect excellent pizza

Two times in a row I have had trouble with phone orders here. First time they gave the wrong pizza. Got home and realized it. They did give a $10 credit.The second time I had told them what I was getting but the phone got cut off, so I called back. Got cut off again, but they had my name, number, and the pizzas I wanted so I figured they had my order. Got to the store and was told they didn't have my order placed. 20-25 minute wait they said. Very frustrating when you travel 15 minutes only to find you have to wait another while.
