Bought a new peach blizzard, there were about 5 pieces of peach on the top and the rest was nothing but ice cream. That was absolutely pathetic.

Can you guess what blizzard we ordered? Neither can we. Our blizzard hardly had any toppings on the top but the rest was pure ice cream, no toppings. The same generic response you give to all your reviews means nothing to anyone. [Name] sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are always listening to our fans. I've visited this location several times over the past few months, and every single time, they have run out of almost all their ice cream options. Considering it’s the peak of summer, you would expect management to stock enough supplies to meet demand. I attempted to order a few items, only to be informed at the end that they only had plain ice cream available. It would be polite to mention this before anyone places their order. Additionally, the staff members have been quite rude. They really need to improve their service.

The drive-thru was incredibly slow, and I had to turn my music up to a doomsday volume just to keep myself entertained. After waiting for 20 minutes without moving an inch, I watched as more cars joined the line and others left in frustration.

I told the staff that my pretzels were forgotten, and she responded that they had run out. I was surprised she didn’t mention this earlier. I then asked for a substitute of fries and my extra ranch. To my disbelief, she claimed that they didn't have ranch at this location, even though there was a ranch packet in my bag. I pointed it out, and she insisted they had none. Frustrated, I decided to leave. When I got home, I tried the chicken tender salad I ordered, but after one bite, I was disappointed. The lettuce was unappetizing, and there were only three small pieces of chicken. I would recommend saving your money and not dining here.
