Borromeo's Pizza And Italian

Restaurant looked to be short staffed which is kinda the norm these days. Waited quite a while to be served, get drinks food. Beers were cold hit the spot, however, the food did not. Appetizers of jalapeño poppers that looked like something you'd get from your local grocery store's frozen section. The marinara that came with the fried ravioli had absolutely no flavor. My grilled chicken calzone was basically overstuffed with cheese, some mushrooms tiny bits of chicken here there. My son's chicken alfredo had no flavor, sauce was super runny the chicken was bits of what looked like the bagged grilled chicken strips you get from the grocery. Not a good experience.

I love the calzones here! They make thier ranch in-house and it is yummy! They are kinda slow getting the food out so be ready to drink a beer or two to pass the time.

Had their hot ham cheese and it might of had some ham on it......... was told the owner knows its that thin....chicken sandwich tasted like plastic....... good-bye

The pizza was good, the service was atrocious. My husband and I are both former servers and give servers a lot of grace as we know what it's like but we waited for soooo long to get our food with no checking in or apology, we had to ask for everything, our pizza came before our kids meals, and then she forgot our salad, which typically should come out first. We waited for a long time to get our bill and at this point we just wanted to leave, seemed like our server was outside smoking instead of taking care of her tables, and then we had to stay longer bc she charged us incorrectly.

Me and my family had the pleasure of having Bobbi Jo as our waiter and we absolutely loved her service.. top pizza places in the city
