I stayed in this hotel (April 30, 2020) during my trip home from the south. Minimal contact with front desk staff and room was incredibly clean..I was nervous to stay in a hotel during the pandemic but staff made the stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Great location from 65 and easy to get back on to finish my trip to western New York.
I came here due to my father passing away. We love residence in so we decided to try this one. Jennifer at the front desk runs our credit card and say it didn’t go through, so ran it a second time and said it still didn’t go through. So we paid cash and called our credit card company right away and found out we were charged double the price of what she said. Then showed her our credit card app and she was still saying it didn’t go through. So we paid cash and there is still a hold on our credit card for double the price. Praying that management can fix this in the morning. My family is already dealing with a stressful time and truly don’t need this. The toilet was also not clean so I had to clean it myself. We were just at another residence in last weekend and had no problem but decided to try this one because it was closer. Never again we will drive to the further one for better service.
