Bearno's Pizza - Louisville

It's not the same feel. We have been there when it is slammed. No tables are available. And the food always came out right. Tonight wasn't crazy and my pizza was burnt and unpleasant. Whom ever the manager at night is. You are not on top of things. So disappointing. So we will not be going back.

WORST experience ever !! Got there a little after six so I could eat before the band started at 7. Took at least ten minutes before anyone waited on us then we waited and waited. Ordered cheese sticks, small pizza and chicken parmesan. We saw many pizzas come through the door but not ours. We finally got the cheese sticks around six thirty but that was all. Never saw a pizza or the chicken. But they did say it was almost ready. Yeah, right ! More pizzas came out but not ours. Finally said give me a bill for the cheese sticks and two sweet teas. Almost 17 dollars. Waitress told someone the party has their own waitresses. Aren 't you a waitress? Very rude waitresses. One just threw a mans change on the counter and walked off. Very, very bad service and not one person said I 'm sorry !! We will NEVER be back there again !! I hope something changes in this store after this experience. Doesn 't even deserve ONE STAR.

Waited in like to order a mixed drink, but was told to go stand in another line. Finally ordered and they didn’t even know what it was. This is probably just a beer and pizza place with no proper bartender.

As a person with allergy restrictions, it can be very difficult to try new foods. One often feels like a burden to service staff even asking about things that I cannot control, my allergies. After calling the j-town location to inquire about ingredients for a single dish, I was met with “there is no way we could tell you that”. This shows a complete lack of willingness to assist. It told me point blank “our food isn’t for you”. Truly disappointed that a place describing itself as using “fresh ingredients “ can’t take 5 minutes to say what is in the pasta and marinara sauce. Thanks

I went there for a fund raiser and it was awesome. Everyone was helpful friendly and the pizza was awesome (as always)!
