Potato Factory Taps - Louisville

Overpriced. Ended up getting the garlic steak sandwich. Asked for medium rare. Got my 5$ flash fry loblaws special steak on a bun. With a third gristle and or unedible or cutable with the knife. It was mostly well done. And for 19 bucks... There was a few soggy mushrooms and onions thrown on top of the steak which ended up turning the bun into a soggy slop of bread that squished apart when trying to bite into the sandwich and pull off a bite of steak. If this was a $10 meal it would have been fine. But I would not go back unless they significantly dropped the price or served you a proper cut of meat for the price paid. Fries were ok, nothing bad but nothing great.

I had a 14.00 hamburger. To upgrade this 7oz sirloin to bacon cheese burger would have been another 5.00. To have gravy on my fries would have been another 2.00. My club soda was 2.50 per glass no free refills. The men's bathroom smelled of urine. Wasn't happy

Cool decor, friendly waitress, but unfortunately our meals weren't very good. Could have been an off day.

This was a horrible experience. We were at the restaurant and the food was terrible. Upon paying I was double charged and tried to deal with the owner to receive my money back and was in communication with him for a few weeks. He ensured me my money was being returned and then stopped returning my messages. I had to go through the bank to get my money returned. I will never come back.

Am quitting working in potato factory beceause a didnt get my salary yet from owner Micheal
