Ice cream cake was decent. Only the ice cream was good. Red velvet was dry. overall 6/10

Smells like heaven! Kids loved the ice cream, I would recommend small size though because they couldn't eat even half a medium bowl

The people there are so nice and there's a lot to choose from. There's even a patio outside to chill and eat.

I ordered an ice cream cake for delivery and it showed up melted and smushed against the box. Tried calling the store and they did not answer and the customer service line has a 24 hour response time. Not happy.

When your customers buy multiple things from you it would be nice to have those items packed in a bag instead of having to carry them to their cars in their hands!
