Pizza Hut - Louisburg

When did Pizza Hut go to a self serve/place your order at the door. No personal service to the customer. Waiting 20 minutes for pizza, bread sticks weren't cooked/crisp on the bottom. Asked for parmesan cheese, brought a container with little to no cheese inside. Take outs were getting their food before those there as customers. Pizza Hut has lost their personal attention to the customers.

It's a hit or miss on this Pizza Hut, but when it's good get good.

Today 03/21/24 around 7:00pm I went to Pizza Hut to dine in. Not aware that you have to let the person at the counter know you want to dine in, my family of 5 just had a seta in a booth since it was kinda busy. We waited for someone to come and serve us or at least ask are we dining in. We waited for about 15 minutes and my mother went to the counter to ask is anyone coming to our table. The young lady at the counter lets her know that we have to take a menu and then come back up to the counter to order your food. I’ve never heard of dine in service like this but ok. My issue at that moment was they just let us sit there for almost 20 minutes and no one came over to say “hey are you guys dining in-obviously we were because we were sitting in the booth. My mom took the menu and we decided to just get our food to go so my mom and 2 of my girls gets back in the car. I order my food, 3 wings and 2 pizzas. At this point I’m visibly annoyed but still remained respectful. The young lady tells me that it would take 15-20 minutes. We leave to go make a quick store run. We return about 15 minutes later. I go in alone to see if it’s ready. By this time I’m not visibly upset. I take a seat because my food is not ready. I sit there for almost another 15 minutes and a young lady brings me my chicken. I continued to sit and wait for my pizza. Almost 8 minutes later the person that was vacuuming ask me is there something else I’m waiting on, yea my pizza. What pissed me off the most is the 2 young lady’s that were fixing food never even asked me was there anything else I needed since I’m still sitting there looking stupid. The point of this is CUSTOMER SERVICE! There was NO customer service. We were ignored when we came in, ignored while waiting for a server and ignored while waiting for my food. No one offered an apology or nothing. When the young lady gave me my pizza the two lady’s that were just standing there talking was like “I didn’t know she had a pizza”, why else would I be just sitting there if you already gave me my food? It’s obvious that I had more food and if you were not sure why didn’t you just ask instead of ignoring me like I’m not there. I work in a place where I have to provide customer service and I would never just ignore someone like that. I absolutely will not be going back to this Pizza Hut.

Food was good but service was unorganized and very slow.

This location can't be bothered to clean the customer restrooms, do you think they wash their hands while preparing food? Disgusting!
