Mcdonald's - LOUISA

Every time I order food for my family, they'll screw up our order. everyone. single. time. without failure. they either do not stop what they order or they do their order wrong. would give 0 if possible. I hope the load is closed.

I'm going here all my life and the last few years were terrible. I never get a food that is close to being warm and it takes 30 minutes or longer the most time and the customer service is terrible. they are very respectful

If they have to get a bit fast, this is the best place to go.

I arrived at 9:55 pm. Payed for my order at 10:57 pm. Received my food at 11:00 pm. It would have been faster to drive to Ashland and grab some McDonald's then drive all the way back. Decent food but avoid during the evening. Usually it takes me 20 to 30 minutes when I show up after 10, but an entire hour is insane.

Always forget something. Check your food before you leave. Never seen a smile thru drive thru . Alittle depressing. Not very friendly. Food is average .
