Vito's On Lake Anna - Louisa County

Have driven past this place many times and wanted to try it. The food and the service was OK or so we thought. Later that night my girl got food poisoning. We will definitely not be going back.

I’ll just put this out there this way. You are paying a convenience fee to eat on the lake. We jus paid $70 with tip to eat a chicken salad $17, forgot the croutons and skimped on the chicken, Vito’s fries $14 which are an order of fries with a couple varieties of cheese melted on them and some pieces of bacon with ranch to dip in, good but I would say not worth $14. Even the waitress agreed the prices are high. And a chicken parm sub $13. Which you could get a chicken parm much larger at Joes in Louisa, tastier too and less expensive. The flavors are bland at Vito’s. Oh yeah we had a soda and sweet tea too. We could’ve drove a little further and had 2 steak dinners at Texas Roadhouse with tip for about the same price or less to be honest. I would expect from a restaurant that they would be trying to add some flavor and value to the food. Even a nice Italian toasted sub roll for the chicken part would’ve been nice. But it’s like a Carryout sub shop not a full scale restaurant. I hope the next time the food has better flavor and more bang for the buck!

My wife and I had lunch here recently. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, and my wife had a hambuger and chips. The food was okay and the portions satisfied us. We were surprised at the cost of a glass of beer at $8.00 a glass.

The pizza was excellent. Only problem is the cardboard boxes are faulty

We had been here before, and the food is very inconsistent. The rest room were disgusting with no hand soap or hand sanitizer. Our recent visit was very disappointing.
