They have a small menu on the truck but don’t hesistate to ask the lady whats her menu for today! I had the pollo guisado con tostones y arroz. Tostones well cooked — not dry at all. Chicken soft , melts in mouth w/ flavor. Food was delicious, Great portion wise. I will be returning! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Whenever I travel I try to find some different foods I don't eat very often. Today we stopped by El Placer Latina and purchased 6 beef tacos, a beef soup, some tostones(fried plantains), and 4 chicken empanadas. And OMG the flavors were on point!!!! So amazing!! The beef in the tacos were melt in your mouth. The woman working there made us fresh chicken empanadas and the green sauce they make is my ALL time favorite sauce! The beef in the soup fell off the bone, the rice was cooked to perfection, the tostones were a first for me to try yummy with the lightly sprinkled salt on top. Thank you so much for making the experience amazing! Extra points for the adorable little boy helping!
