Bidrage med feedbackGood subs. Sad they are no longer $5 footlongs. The catchy toon doesn't sound as good with high prices. Anyway, the atmosphere is good. The only reason I've given it 4 stars is because there was only one sandwich artist working so we had to wait to get our food.
I went in tonight to get a quick and healthier option for dinner for myself and my son. I go in and the man working was going extremely slow. He was talking to the female he was making sandwiches for. I?m assuming she works there to based on what they were talking about. The man in front of me was obviously frustrated for the amount of time it was taking for this guy to make a sandwich. I stood there waiting for 15 min while this guy makes two sandwich because he was too busy talking to the female instead of working. He finally Finishes her sandwiches and moves onto the man in front of me. At this point there is more then 5 people waiting in line. As he is cutting one of this man?s sandwiches he stops and turns to the female and starts talking to her again. If I want to wait 20-30 min to get food I?m not going to wait at subway. Not only did I leave out of frustration for waiting so long, but so did some of the people behind me. I understand that he was frustrated because he had to sweep again (which he said multiple times) but why go out of your way to take so much time making two freaking sandwiches and stop doing your job to talk to this girl you already spent 20 minutes talking to at this point ? Absolutely ridiculous and I guess he got what he wanted because I won?t be going back after all that.
This establishment received a one star because 0 star wasn?t an option. Today, a little after 1pm, my work partner and I came here for lunch. I Ordered turkey and bacon on a toasted spinach wrap. Wrap was not toasted, at least toast the cold bacon, many vegetable topping were not available, and cookies were baked. Ask the employee what toppings usually comes on the turkey advertised on their menu and she has no idea. Her response was, ?you have the option to get whatever toppings you want!? No maam, I don?t have that option because the toppings I want you don?t have. Called the stores number requesting to speak with a manager and was told, ?I only know his first name and it?s Robert but he?s not here right now.? Will dispute the charges and never return.
I?ve Worked at a subway before, I know they are each individually owned but this one was just poor! I made an online order and I understand the machine didn?t work. It?s happened when I worked at one in August- November of 2021. But to leave one person doing 4-5 sandwiches as you have customers waiting and the other employee is just sitting around in the back? That?s unacceptable! Then after waiting when my order was due to be ready around 1:30 it?s almost two and they are remaking my sandwich after I had gotten the wrong one. I felt the need to go in the back and make it myself knowing I could and I still have an active food license. Then as I complained about paying 13$ for two foot longs and getting one completely wrong Footlong I hear the woman employee bad mouthing me how I should?ve just taken the damn sandwich. I have never felt more disrespected. Though through the second mistake they did try to make it up to me and I do appreciate it. They asked me if I wanted a cookie or extra cheese. And for the effort that?s the only reason I?m giving two stars instead of just one. Dated: 02/20/2022
Terrible! They prioritize in store customers over online orders, even orders entered hours ahead. The cashier has no clue how to refund. Whats happening here Subway? I paid, and was never getting the sandwich!
