Women’s room has a broken keypad on it. Can’t get access without employee coming to let you in and employee never came after 20 minutes of waiting. Had to use men’s room to go to bathroom. Service: 1

Hash browns were soaking in oil. Gross! service was confused and didn't understand me. She was nice though. Won't be back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Food was good but customer service was the worst I ever received. Very rude manager. They changed for every condiment. The restroom was very as well as the dining area. The employee were more focused on the drive thur then the dine in customers. One customer got mad from waiting and left. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

When I opened the bag, however, I was met with a cup full of mayo and ketchup inside the sandwich. While I could still eat the patty since it wasn't affected by the condiments, the rest of the meal was ruined. I ended up searching through the bag and, ultimately, had to go to bed hungry. It makes me question whether they allow completely incompetent people to take orders or if they just employ sadists who enjoy disappointing customers.
