The Ivy Tea Room

Me and my wife love the place. The teas are great, service is always wonderful and the private rooms make for a nice time. The changing menu means there is always something new. We do miss the charcuterie and sweets option.

Place was beautifully decorated and the hostesses were very professional and polite. The food and teas were excellent.

The teas were amazing (seriously, try the coconut truffle tea), and the food was delicious. It doesn't look like a ton of food, but you will leave FULL! The staff is wonderful. I will visit again and again.

Looks: 7 the floors were not clean as seen by the ball of hair on the floor in our room cheap souvenirs to buy, everything “Made in China” Yes you get your own semi private room but it was not worth it It’s a foofy unicorn place to go if you like eating colorful sugar and only care about taking pictures the entire time I would in no way say it’s an elegant experience Personality food and tea) 3 food and cheap champagne made me sick that night food was not fresh and suspect it was pre made in a kitchen at another location and pre cut which made things dry tea had a bunch of additives and there were not many appealing choices of good quality food had a ton of added sugar, even the butter!? Was suggested to try St. James Tea Room for a more authentic experience with good food and tea yes maybe they need a little aesthetic update) Will also try La Quinta Tea at Los Poblanos which I guarantee will be amazing food and tea! Won’t be back to this place and would be surprised if it continues to stay open for business if changes to their food and drink aren’t made. WAY overpriced. The first off putting sign should have been that there were reservations still available for Mother’s Day weekend which ended up working out because my plans changed last minute and I didn’t end up leaving the state) ! I gave it 3 stars overall because they at least had caviar which my very special person got to enjoy!

We had a 1o'clock seating.....no one at the front desk, when we finally did get seated, (we found the table in our own)....it was about about 30-40 minutes before a server appeared. More attention to service would be good
