Little Caesars Pizza - Los Lunas

The pizza may not be the biggest, but it's a great option when you need a quick and satisfying meal that's hot and fresh.

After ordering two deep-dish pizzas, the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back—from 35 minutes to 55 minutes, then to 1 hour and 20 minutes, and finally to 2 hours and 5 minutes. When the pizza finally arrived, the delivery driver handed me just one pizza. I asked where the other one was, and she said Little Caesars had called to inform us about the change—except that there had been no such call or authorization on our part. When I opened the pizza at home, I found it only had pepperoni on it instead of the extravaganza we had ordered, and it was a thin crust, not the deep dish. I promptly returned the pizza and demanded a full refund. This will definitely be our last attempt with them!

I tried to call to place an order, but no one answered. You should make it clear on your website that you only accept online orders. Sometimes it’s just easier to call in, but instead, I'm forced to download a terrible app.

I've never had a problem with this pizza, but the truth is that I'm very dissatisfied now that they sent me my order false cold pizzas that I'm really disappointed.

The whole point of ordering online and being told a pick up time is to avoid the wait inside. Well, here i am waiting inside, 20 min after I was told it would be ready. Never got the email because they don't know how to use the online system. Came ten minutes after pick up time and it was still not ready. And now I get home and it's not even cut.
