Chili's Grill - Los Lunas

The Smoke House Combo for two at $20 was enough for two meals! I ordered the baby back ribs and sausage, and both were delicious. The ribs were so tender and flavorful, they could rival those of champion grill masters! The wait staff was amazing and set a great example for other restaurants in town that have room for improvement. The only downside was the sales pitch we received when being seated. I'm constantly marketed to everywhere I go, so I was not thrilled about it here too. However, the food and service definitely made up for it!

The menu changed so much there's no selection for two persons for $20.00. For $20.00 there's only burgers, chicken sandwich or rice bowl. We visit chilies because the menu selections for two were good and tasty. BUT NOT ANYMORE. The new items on themenu didn't taste good. Won't be back unless the menu is changed.

We visited this restaurant for lunch and had a terrible experience. The servers were very rude, making snide remarks and appearing annoyed when asked for a side of dressing. The food was not good and the customer service was lacking. The servers had bad attitudes and our server constantly hovered around our table, even watching as we gathered our money to pay and leave a tip, making the situation extremely awkward and uncomfortable. We do not recommend this Chili's.

We were passing through Los Lunas this evening, about 9pm. We decided to order ahead. So disappointed!! 4 strips of chicken in the fajitas, no guac, hardly any rice, plates just thrown together.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Chili's restaurant. The server seemed overwhelmed and repeatedly mentioned that she was the only one working. I waited 20 minutes for chips and dip and southwest rolls, followed by another 30 minutes for the smokehouse combo. The service was so bad that I decided to pay and leave. Upon calling to express my frustration to the manager Holly, she first mentioned that she was out of prison, which was irrelevant to me. When I tried to explain that her comment was inappropriate, she told me to "simmer down" before hanging up on me. I tried calling back but was told that the other manager, Mark, was too busy to speak with me. The restaurant was not even half full at the time. Needless to say, I will never return to this establishment.
