Verge Restaurant - Los Gatos

The restaurant is situated in a hotel, so the ambiance is pleasant but not particularly romantic. The service is outstanding and the food is delicious, although it might be a bit on the expensive side. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the Brussels sprouts were a highlight for us.

We went to Verge for a Birthday dinner. We sat on the patio under the heaters and had it to ourselves.The food was very good and had a nice twist to it. Our server Hector was awesome and attentive. Sometimes when you sit at an outside table you are forgotten, but this was not the case. We will be back!

Food worth Instagramming, but vegetarian lasagna is not worth eating. Too sweet, too mushy, too eggplanty and green (why is it green? . Great ambience and staff.
