North Seasonal Vietnamese Cuisine

My best friend and I strolled from her place to downtown Los Gatos, eager to discover a new restaurant. Since we were in the mood for spring rolls, we searched online and came across North Seasonal Vietnamese Cuisine and Bar. We decided to try the vegetarian spring rolls and the mango papaya salad, which were absolutely delicious—light, crisp, and incredibly fresh. They also offer some fantastic and fun drinks! Our server, Diego, was exceptional—very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided great recommendations while keeping the atmosphere enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

We had noticed this restaurant several times but had never tried it, as it's located in an area without much Vietnamese presence and we were concerned about its authenticity. Today, I suggested to my husband that we should give it a chance, and to our surprise, the food is truly 100% authentic Vietnamese! I highly recommend the bun cha Ha Noi; it’s even better than many places in Vietnam Town, San Jose. The papaya mango salad is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the shaking beef is exceptional. The waiter was very friendly, and the staff clearly knows what they’re doing. Plus, the service was quick.

Decent food but the experience is ruined by the disjointed, inept service. When two orders of garlic noodles are placed and only one gets delivered, when two people receive their main dish but the other two wait another 15 minutes to get theirs... and so the first have already finished their food...these ruin the dining experience when you go out in a small group

Parking is limited, so it’s a good idea to wear comfortable shoes for walking or consider taking a cab or rideshare.

When we went, they were offering a limited time $88/person tasting menu that we tried, and everything was amazing.The cocktails were also fantastic, each of them has a Vietnamese twist.It does take a while for each course to come out, so I'd advise arriving a bit on the earlier side to compensate.They have heated outdoor dining.
