Kfc - Los Gatos

I had a fantastic experience at this KFC in Los Gatos! The staff provided excellent service, and I appreciated seeing the person who took my order featured on the wall. To my surprise, I received two extra Nashville Chicken Tenders with my meal. This pleasant surprise has ensured that I will return to this establishment in the future, but I recommend asking for condiments and napkins to complete your meal.

The restaurant was dirty, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. I ordered food that did not taste as it should have - the tacos were soggy and crunchy with an off-putting flavor. The restroom, which I used as I am on the road all day for work, was in terrible condition with a falling apart toilet and unsanitary conditions. I will be reaching out to corporate or upper management to address this appalling experience.

We usually enjoy visiting this KFC location, but this time the chicken was heavily saturated in oil and lacked seasoning. It seemed undercooked and no one in our group wanted to eat it. The issue appeared to be that the oil was not at the correct temperature when the chicken was fried, possibly indicating a training problem.

Dirty and the people are rude. There?s dead flys in the window, the tables are dirty and old food crumbs on the floor. Took 15 minutes to order my food, when I finally did girl was rude and rolled her eyes. When putting my food together she didn?t weargloves and threw the chicken into the box. Then slammed tossed in the counter and order up. Needs better customer service andbetter health regulations.

The new employees are excellent. Aside from your meal, they remember those little details. The location is as clean as you'd expect.
