Kfc - Los Gatos

This place is so disappointing! I don't think the Colonel would be at all pleased with this dump. I got 2 piece chicken combo and apparently they didn't have a grown chicken so I got two pathetically tiny pieces and the chicken was old by the darkness of the bones. The staff here is also not pleasant. This is not a good value for the prices.

This KFC had no chicken at 5:30 pm so I waited 25 minutes. Colonel Sanders is rolling over in his grave!

For fast food this is a great option.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking plus ramp in front,lots of tables

Love coming to this location they were fast, food was great and was treated great. manager was great and welcoming , came here with my buddies was great stop at kfc/tb.Thank You

The chicken was recooked , dark and chewy, the tender was good but cold , when I told the cashier who was helpful but the manager was rude and unhappy, she shouldn't be a manager if she can't do customer service job.
