Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Banos

I ordered a large chips and guacamole, which was delicious. However, the burrito I received was only half the size of what I usually get. I went back to the store and ordered another burrito that was exactly the same, and it turned out to be almost double the size of the one I received through DoorDash. I showed the employee the size difference, and all she said was, "We are working on portion control." That was the extent of the response—no offer to replace the burrito or make it right. I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service from this employee. I hope they improve their training for staff handling online and DoorDash orders. I also hope that a manager who cares about customer service sees this review.

The meal had hardly any meat, just a small amount of beans, and was mostly rice. The food wasn't warm enough, and the soda wasn't very cold considering the quick delivery time. I definitely don't think it was worth over $14. On the bright side, the delivery driver was quick and friendly.

When we arrived for dinner at 8 PM, there was a limited selection of food available.

The prices at this location are high, and the portion sizes are smaller than usual.

Quick, fast, and clean! The location is fantastic, and the staff is amazing – it’s right across from Dutch Bros, which I see as a big plus. Definitely a 5-star experience!
