This one's been on my list for a while and I had told myself I had to try it every time I drove past it. I'm glad that I did. Chicken Stir Fried with Fries A really good portion of food. Taste wise, it's really similar to a lomo saltado. The chicken breast was a little dry in the beginning, but the sauce saved the day along with the tomato, onion, and the fries that soaked up all that saucy goodness! I did opt for the fried rice which was just okay. They literally just put rice into a wok and fried it with no other additions. I didn't get any kind of wok hei or smokiness which was a bit of a letdown. Overall though, the dish tasted great you can't go wrong with rice that's sauced up. It was a really simple dish that offered great flavor and above all a pretty good value. Waffle Fries I couldn't resist! They're good, but average. Another great value proposition.
Not sure if I would go back, super SUPER salty hot wings (take from a person that likes salt) guy employee didn't know what was in the order since my wife had to ask about the drink. BBQ tender, waffle fries and tallarin plate were great...
So So Freaking good. I can't believe I've lived in dtla all these years and not eaten here before. Great food nice staff.
I dropped by to get a take out order. Got a six piece garlic parmesan combo a one piece a la carte sweet smoky bbq. The wings were descent, a little undercooked, but the seasoning was good. The sweet smoky bbq tender was excellent overall. They gave a solid amount of waffle fries a small cole slaw side. I got the multiple dips, chipotle mayo, house ranch, honey mustard sauces and they were also good.I got to say their best item on the menu is their Horchata. I’d definitely come back and try their beef bulgogi.
