Waba Grill - Los Angeles

Loved the food, it tasted awesome and was very different from comparable restaurants.

Very good food. The manager is extremely polite and friendly. Only things I found bad was the men?s bathroom and parking. All in all a very good place to get a nice bite!

I been going there for over 5 years. Great service the food is great and is healthy. You can't beat that.

So hard to find parking here. Finally parked on street, walked in to find that is small inside. In this location they still ask you if you want onion in your food instead of having it out for you to grab like other locations do. Another thing I noticed is their sauce containers are way smaller that at other locations. I don't know if this location is as busy all the time or I just came at their peak hour but there was a line. Food took a while to be ready cause the ladies there weren't fast enough and we're chatting. And while I was there one person came back saying they got wrong order. I don't think I will stop at this location again for those reasons.

I visited this restaurant on July 28 and realized that the staff had forgotten to put my items in my pocket when I left. I requested a refund to my card for these items, but both the staff and management refused to process it, even though they acknowledged their mistake. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
