Bidrage med feedbackThe poke here is quite decent. The Hawaiian-style tuna was impressive, boasting a well-balanced flavor. The spicy tuna had a unique taste that I couldn’t quite identify; it wasn't necessarily bad or good, just intriguing. I was hoping for sweet chili sauce, but unfortunately, that wasn't available, so I opted for eel sauce instead. The service was friendly and exemplary.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere but can be a bit pricey. Our bill came to $29.90 for two people, plus we only ordered water because the cold-pressed lemonade is $10 each, and the canned sodas are $2.50 (though I don’t typically drink soda). Overall, the food was excellent, but be prepared to spend a little extra.
As for the menu, you have two size options for your poké bowl. I opted for the 'Big Daddy,' which includes two scoops of fish for around $12. Initially, I was surprised at how much it cost, but they definitely loaded it up with both fish and toppings, making it quite filling. The selection of fish is somewhat limited, featuring only Ahi Tuna and Salmon. Like many poké establishments, you can choose as many toppings and sauces as you like at no extra charge. While there are other places that offer lower prices, the quality of the fish and the generous amount of toppings here made it worthwhile for me. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to chat with.
Best Poke in Hollywood. Start with your choice of numerous different marinated tuna or salmon or shrimp. Then pick from all kinds of toppings such as onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, seaweed, etc. Finally pick some sauces to toss everything in, such as garlic soy, siracha aioli, etc.
Yum! They are generous with the toppings an Small bowl was good enough for me.
