The Hrb Experience Century City

I went with my partner as a quick and fun lunch while we were shopping and it has turned into now a favorite snack spot! The prices are relatively decent and the quality of the fish is great! We were really pleased with our options and portions, and the staff were awesome! We had a great time and plan to definitely return!

Fun, casual sushi bar in the middle of the Westfield mall in Century City. Top deck ambience is amazing. I took a long time client and friend there who is out from NYC. He is also a Sushi connoisseur! He loves HRB Experience. Service was amazing given the fact that the night we were there they were a little short staffed (as most eateries are these days), so we were impressed!

PROS: Great, friendly, fast service Fun outdoor bar Nice drink selection Fresh-tasting excellent hot sake delicious soy-paper wrapped rolls CONS: very (no VERY) uncomfortable stool seats limited sushi menu (the only nigiri offered was salmon yellowtail) fish cut way too thinly specialty cut rolls (3 choices) not impressive Overall, perhaps they'll expand their offerings in the future and serve traditional Japanese nigiri portions.

HRB was a new find for us and a very good one. The small staff at the outside bar was both friendkt and helpful. So we found a nice island in the midst of the huge Century City mall.

Great if you're going to a movie but the food was not a hundred percent LA sushi level
