Surfas Culinary District - Los Angeles

So happy to have Surfas back again !! This is a must visit for all chefs, whether a pro or a home chef. I’ve found so many useful tools and am inspired by some ingredients and spices. The Cafe is fantastic also. Can’t wait for the classes to begin in this location.

Love Surfas on line, now I just wish they would come back on line. While we wait, could someone make it a bit easier to order from the stores on line? How about giving us an ability to contact on line to at least one of your stores so we could place orders until you come back on line?

One of my favorite places. I have been a long-time customer, going back to the old, much smaller location and when there was only a small selection of food, it was mostly restaurant equipment. It has been great to see the selection of specialty food items expand, while also increasing the selection of kitchen wares. Whether it's quality chocolate, vinegars, charcuterie, olive oil, seasonings, baking supplies or so much more, this is the place. I try to find something new to try on each visit, in twenty years I have always found something to satisfy my curiosity. Great service too.

It's the only store of its kind that is very relatively close to my house it haseverything that I would ever want To to prepare a gourmet meal, baked pastries and decorate a cake. It has all kinds of equipment for baking at home or even on a larger scale. I love it!
