My assessment is that I never had to experience the restaurant. No one told me that the restaurant would be closed. even after receiving numerous emails and texts that ask me to confirm my reservation. I was wasted my energy and my money when I could choose a place closer to my home. this is extremely bad communication both on open table and rock n fish part. I understand that the things have changed due to the pandemic, but they should have looked at their day and acted accordingly. there is never an apology for a bad customer service.

The hostess was uninterested to make our party welcome by four. we got a table next to a family with small children. when we asked for another table, although the restaurant was only half full, she said again and again that it was not possible. at the end we sat outside under the lamp. then it took a very long time to eat and it was cold/lauwarm. we talked to management after dinner, but he didn't offer anything to make us feel better.

We always dinate on rock’n fish when we visit the Lakers games. I make the reservation through open table and we will come in directly. eating is always good and the restaurator is always busy. yesterday my friend noticed that the prices listed in the menu are much higher than what is on the website. for example, brot is listed at $1.95 on the website, but is $3.95 on the menu. we found some fish dishes with wrong trips on the website. our server even noticed that some of its prices do not match the menu. soouuuuuuuuuuuo do not pay attention to the prices on the website. they should only list the menu without the prices. I also informed the manager that the tomats on the salmon sandwich were terrible. they were very tasty in the past, but the last two times we had eaten there, I couldn't eat them. our server brought another court of tomaten, but they were also bad. we like rock’n fish and eat there when we are going for an event in the opposite.

We ran late and wanted to go to the Lakers game. we ordered and got our food fast and the staff was super helpful to get us out quickly. eating is always great and I appreciate the speed in which they got us our food and then the bill. I love this place!

Good food, excellent service but noise level made it somewhat difficult to converse. Reception was very helpful in locating a table on a busy night.
