Pizza Provami - Los Angeles

Provami Pizzeria is excellent wood stove pizza. The owner Paolo is friendly and welcomes us as we arrived when he closed. When we told him, we saw him on YouTube and traveled from Canada and chased him down and couldn't wait to taste his pizza, he offered us to stay and eat. We took our pizza and it was the best!! Everyone in the area of Los Angeles or outside the city should try. They won't be disappointed. Best wood stove pizza!!!

Don't have to fly to Naples anymore. Absolutely the best pizza I had on this side of the pond.

A few weeks ago, my brother and I shared the pizza and pasta with truffles that we both really enjoyed. The owner takes care of the food he prepares, and he is lovely man! Thank you for the great experience!

I've ordered from this restaurant many times during the covid-19 lockdown. I grew up eating a lot of pretty authentic pizza since I lived in Lugano, Switzerland and most of my friends growing up were from Southern Italy. This place is the real deal! The food is delicious and the prices are fair. I love their pepperoni pizza (their version of the classic Diavola but everything else I've tried was yummy too. A lot of the ingredients are imported from Italy. You can tell a lot of love goes into making the dough : Today I went and ate there in-person for the first time, which didn't disappoint. Service was lovely and I got to speak Italian for the first time in months (made my day . Parking can be a bit difficult but that's common in this part of town. Highly recommend it if you're in LA and want some authentic Italian pizza
