Pho 999 - Los Angeles

I've consistently had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food is always served hot and tastes fantastic, all at a very reasonable price considering the generous portion sizes. I've never had a reason to complain!

The Brisket Only Pho Phở Chin was absolutely amazing! It arrived in well-prepared packaging, making it easy to prepare and enjoy. I highly recommend it—10/10! Along with the pho, I also had a Vietnamese Iced Coffee, which was equally delicious!

The Charbroiled Beef Egg Rolls (Bún Chả Giò Bò) were just okay. A good fish sauce can elevate this dish significantly, much like dressing does for a salad, but unfortunately, their fish sauce was very watery and lacked flavor. The peanut sauce that accompanied their Spring Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) was similarly runny and not the thick texture that is typically expected. Overall, the food was average. I've had much better at a similar price point.

My food arrived and my noodles including the extra noodles that I paid for were COMP old and hard. The beef was cold and the broth eas barely warm. This is the second time this happened.

The Veggie Egg Rolls (5 (Phần Chả Giò Chay were good and that sauce compliments it nice. The Veggie Pho (Phở Rau C Đãu Hủ is okay but its really missing some soya sauce
