They charge you for an empty plate for sure! The mushroom chicken side was only 2 pieces of chicken and and the beef broccoli side had only a little amount of shredded beef and big pieces of broccoli that filled the whole plate! And this wasn?t my first bad experience here, I just went to this location again bc it?s close to my house but this was my last time for sure. This location should go out of business.

Worker prepared my plate and it accidentally touched the shrimp. When I mentioned I had an allergy and to please make a new plate they instead refuted my claim and said it didn?t. As to why I am not sure but the customer is not always right here, even when it?s their own life-threatening allergies

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ask Oscar why they close 10 minutes before 10:00pm Other thing I asked for beet broccoli he said is not more? Was 30 minutes before 10:00 pm when I asked and the other cook guy said he can make? He asked in Spanish to Oscar and he said we need to close early because he needs something todo This is Ridiculous be a professional guys is my last time I came here. I won?t Recommend this Location Oscar is Bad element for Panda Express.

I order LG side of broccoli BEEF but they apparently change the menu without tell the customer ... they gave me broccoli with just 5 pieces of beef.... smh Also I paid 2 orders of spring rolls and they just gave me one...

I gave this restaurant 3 stars because when my wife asked for a sample of the steak, the server rudely refused, saying they don't give samples. The portions we received were very small, more like those at Panda Express. We have ordered catering from here before without any issues, so this was a surprising experience. I have never seen the employee or manager in the black shirt before. This incident makes me want to try eating at other nearby places instead.
