I tried calling to order over the phone and I was unable to speak to anyone. I was directed to download the app which I really found as an inconvenience. I went in to order instead and they told me the wait time would be 10 to 15 minutes. I ended up waiting longer than 20 minutes and I had to just go ask about my order. Part of my order was ready so I had to still wait another 5 minutes for the rest. By the time I got home most of the food was cold. Also when I asked for ranch dressing for my wings I was told it was 2 for $1.39 so I asked for 4. My total for just ranch dressing was $5.00. How? I'm not sure but 1.39 1.39=2.78 plus taxes let's say another 25 fo 50 cents max. It still should have been under $4.00. I paid the $5 just to get out of the store after all that. Anyway point being poorly managed location.
