Overall the taste of the short rib tacos was unbelievable…however some pieces of the meat were chewy and inedible. Overall with higher quality meat this would be a 5 star experience, but as it is now it’s only a 4. The prices were low and overall a really good value.

Amazing tacos with a few great veggie options. The tofu was better than the spring onion but all in very tasty. I’d go back again just for the Korean fries

Food truck location. Short rib and spicy pork tacos are recommended. Chicken taco: ok. Tofu taco: bland. All tacos: overflowing and you’ll need a fork to eat the “remains”! Double meat: unnecessary. Korean spiced fries: surprisingly super crispy (double fried? and is a great choice. Random street parking is hit or miss.

Always a must stop each time we’re in LA. The blackjack quesadilla is crazy good. Probably the best quesadilla I ever had. Looking forward to going back next time we’re in LA.

So, yes, I 'm one of those tourists that 's watched Chef 's Show so HAD to check out Chef Roy Choi 's food truck and it definitely did not disappoint! YUM! Short Rib Tacos Must get.
