Hop Li - Los Angeles

Recommended by a friend. Came here alone at lunch time. I was not the only single diner. Lots of seating. People picking up Togo orders and and large parties coming in. Very clean. Quick service but they did not speak English and not very attentive. Food was delicious. Smaller portions for the lunch specials, ordered a side of fried rice, there are no substitutes allowed. Fresh lobsters in the glass tanks. Will recommend and would likely return.

This is my parents favorite Chinese food restaurant. We drive out here some 30 miles just to eat. The food is excellent with large portions/family style. It’s not super fancy, but very much consistent with good flavor. We usually order 8-10 dishes and share.

The food was good. The waiter was horribly rude. He shoved my glasses off the menus that were laying on the table. He grabbed my ATM card out of my hand and then demanded a tip He didn't get one.

Enjoyed the food! Comfortable atmosphere, very nice.

No frills restaurant but the food is amazing. This is one of those if you know you know spots. Miss our old server Joe he was great. Whole menu doesn’t disappoint
