Firehouse Subs Delivery (dfl)

Ordered ahead through Yelp. Loved the overall nature of this establishment and its purpose. The sub was really great and I would totally come again, just not in the Downtown area. Could be a little more clean, but customers keep them busy! Also, they offer a discount from EMS, you can't claim if you order ahead on the Yelp app, though.

Easily the best customer service and food for sandwiches in the Santa Clarita valley. The manager is one of the nicest human beings ever! Her name is Jennifer . Also forest from the register was the most Adept and great customer service representative I've had to deal with me in over 2 years possibly longer . I strongly strongly strongly recommend anyone that's looking for great customer service and awesome food to definitely come to this location I guarantee you'll be happy !

I ordered catering for 40 people, to be picked up at 10am, when they open. The order was ready on time and it was a great experience. Everything from the value to freshness of the sandwiches was great. I never tried Firehouse subs, but was surprised by the quality and how much better it was than the traditional sandwich shops.

Absolutely terrible service. Stood in line for 20 minutes and wasn't able to submit orders. There were 4 other people behind us, all were wearing some kind of work uniform like construction etc. Asked for a manager and employee said he was one of the 3 total making sandwiches. I told employee that all these people and the 6 of us in my group, had to go back to work. No change. Never ate there before. Super disappointed in their scheduling/staffing decisions that killed their brand and guest experience.

This spot is located in DTLA so parking will be difficult during the day. It's never packed and the staff was super nice!! I came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal, got a medium Italian on wheat, chocolate chip cookie, and their hot sauce! Sandwich was made with fresh ingredients within 5min of ordering. It came with lettuce, tomato, onions (both sliced and sautéed), jalapeños, salami, pepperonis, ham, provolone cheese, mayo, and pick on the side. Works super well with their hot sauce that had a bit of relish and kinda salsa taste to it. Cookie was not stale, loaded with chocolate chips, and filling!
