Bidrage med feedbackI had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, and I regret choosing to eat here. The staff was disorganized and worked at a snail's pace. There were three employees—one at the register, another frying meat, and the slowest one was responsible for preparing and handing out orders while wearing glasses. Even though there was a manager present and cameras in the establishment, it seemed like no one was addressing these issues. Additionally, the environment was dirty and uncomfortably cold inside.
I drove all the way here since I couldn't find what I wanted on UberEats, only to be informed that they only had enough for a small portion. Instead of making more, I now have to find another restaurant. I understand that you close at 10, but this was three hours before your closing time. It would be better to either prepare more or list it on your UberEats/Postmates menu.
I witnessed an employee or manager yelling at a Black customer for not wearing a mask inside the restaurant, while another gentleman wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Additionally, I ordered two items, and my order was completely wrong.
Not bad. I've had tastier. Don't feel the flavor is what is advertised. I thought loco meant crazy tasty. Staff is quite pleasant.
Took 10 mins until someone came up to the counter to take the order. I then waited for 15 mins for my food until I went up to the counter to find out they hadn?t started making the food.
