Service is always bad. always gets wrong! and lasts long.

Their systems weren’t connected to open table so we had to wait 45 min to get seated after our reservation.

The waitress didnt serve us right. We received our food separately, waiting for our food was terrible almost an hour. When we received our food in parts) we didnt even get napkins and utensils. That's the second time that happens to is. Really bad service.

We had a poor experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. We had a reservation for three on the day of the Super Bowl thru open table. When we arrived, they told us that they do not take reservations. I showed them my phone with the reservation and they still denied us seating. They were arrogant and did not appologize or try to accommodate us. I have read other reviews of this location and other people have experienced this as well.

First off, my “reservation” wasn’t valid because it was super bowl Sunday. I wasn’t aware a of reservations not being taken for that day, although I received an email confirming my reservation. Second, people who worked there were letting friends in and reserving tables for their family/friends and having us other customers wait for long periods of time. I was there before a group of people who arrived and the guard at the door called someone’s name who was in that group as SOON AS THEY WALKED UP TO THE DOOR?! How??! That is unacceptable! However, the food was great.
