Bocata Kitchen - Los Angeles

Today, I called this restaurant that I frequently order from, but someone who answered the phone abruptly spoke in Spanish and then hung up. The person who answered wasn't professional and lacked customer service skills. They even said they didn't know the menu, despite working there. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will be reporting this to the BBB.

This review is specifically about the chicken dish. It does not taste like Peruvian chicken and the sauce is not up to par. I typically support small businesses, but they need to improve the flavor. I will give them another chance in the future and try a different dish.

I discovered this restaurant while searching for open places to eat. I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with rice and beans. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the rice and beans were delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again, as the portion size was generous and the price was reasonable. It was definitely a leftovers situation. I also tried a passion fruit drink, which was tasty. I would recommend trying out different items on the menu. Overall, a great dining experience that I would highly recommend trying out.

Great food great service will visit again, the eggs were overcooked, the green sauce could be spicier but other than that everything was great
