Alex Hamburgers - Los Angeles

Girl at the counter said the combo was the way it was and they could not substitute, upgrade or change it even though I offered to pay more. The onion rings and chicken strips had no flavor and I had to trash them. The double cheeseburger was good, but nothing different than any other burger.

Honestly so good but now I think there charging for ranch depends who's working because times I get it free times they charge idk

If you find yourself in East Los Angeles on Olympic Blvd and Fetterly, make sure to stop by Alex Burgers. I highly recommend the breakfast burrito and the cheeseburger combo. I ordered a shrimp basket two days ago, and everything was delicious. However, the only downside is that the shrimp were quite small. Other than that, the place is great, and I’d definitely give it a five-star rating. Enjoy your visit if you're in East Los Angeles!

The girl taking drive-thru orders and the guy with the eyebrow piercing provided terrible customer service. I was left waiting without anyone asking for my order, and their attitudes were unpleasant, making for a really poor dining experience. However, the food was good.

I've been part of this community for several years, and the staff and owner have consistently treated me well. The food is excellent, too! It's a fantastic family restaurant!
