Tre Monti - Los Altos

The food at this restaurant is decent, but on the expensive side. There are better options for Italian food in the area. I was taken aback to see a Non-Cash Adjustment on my bill, and the server explained that there would be a fee for paying by credit card. I had already paid by that point, so I was puzzled by this policy. After looking into it, I learned that in 1985, California passed a law (Civil Code section 1748.1) that banned merchants from adding a surcharge for credit card payments instead of cash.

I found the restaurant to be very pricey. A bottle of wine was three times the price of what it costs at Safeway. The food was also very expensive and not worth the $25 entree. The cheesecake was decent. Overall, I found it to be overpriced and would not recommend it to anyone.

Service was great, food was delicious! Unfortunately, the drinks didn't meet the standards and I personally would have stuck to water instead. Very cute setting outdoor dining.

The service was excellent, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the dessert was a delicious mix of creamy and crunchy textures. Yum!!!!

I like what I had. Panini bread had such great texture and taste! The salad was perfectly dressed. The pizza was delicious. Simple and light, not overwhelming. Since it was our first time there, the delightful Tiramisu was on the house! Personable, friendly service.
