We had a reservation of 6:15 and arrived at 6:15. We sat and had water. After 25 minutes, I went to the hostess and let her know that no one had taken our order, as I saw a group coming after the food. She apologized, but no one came to serve us. After 30 minutes. No one seemed to care for me; When I entered my car, I saw that our waterglasses were driven and our table was wiped. Why does Opa accept reservations if they cannot serve people? I was sad when I was looking forward to dinner in Opa.

The Gyro nachos were the highlight. Sautéed vegetables with 4 tiny dried shrimps were almost unusable. At $20, it was such a disappointment. Drinks were good. Wine pour small for the price. Maybe I'd come back. Gyro, probably not

We're gone! We had a reservation of 6:30 outside. Waited 10 minutes until someone cleaned the table. One hour later we only got drinks and an appetizer. We asked if our salads were coming soon. They said they were undermined and everything needed time. Around 7:50 we went, went two steps to Rustic House and had a wonderful dinner with excellent service! Bye

Horrible service. They forgot items. Took an hour to get food.

I have been to Opa at several locations but I had the worst experience in terms of service. They did not even bother to give us menu, cutlery and plates. It was not that crowded but we had to ask our servers for everything. They did come back to ask for dessert and when I requested for dessert menu, they said their kitchen closed. I like Opa’s food generally but was really disappointed with the service at this location.
