This restaurant has the best masa for their tortillas, thanks to their commitment to growing heirloom corn. They use simple ingredients, but everything is executed to perfection. The chorizo, potato, and egg taco is outstanding, as is the pork belly. They also have some excellent vegan options featuring cauliflower and mushrooms. Their beer, cider, and wine selection is impressive. My dad tried to stop by on a Monday, but they were closed. However, on his way back from LA, he picked up tacos and ribs, and they were incredible! Conrad continues to hit it out of the park. Even after moving locations, he has maintained the same level of quality. He’s one of my favorite chefs in the taco scene and still an original, cooking with red oak like a true master. Best food EVER. If I'm lying I'm dying. guarantee that you will be more than satisfied with the food here. It's phenomenal! Pork Belly Tacos are so bomb! The plating style of each dish, including the tacos make you feel like you're not paying enough! : Nevertheless, still enjoy the food every time!

So ValleFresh is LEGIT! We're taking fresh, local ingredients. Fresh, hand-made tortillas. FRESH means fresh. Valle means valley in Spanish. So they're all about local ingredients from the valley. I tried their tacos at a Yelp event and I am hooked. Amazing is an overused word but they deserve it. The bbq chicken tacos. The pork belly tacos. The cauliflower and veggie tacos. LEGIT. Shredded cabbage. Lime and lemon wedges. Salsas on point. Can't wait to try more of their menu. And, they were super cool and professional. Representing the Central Coast with style and grace.

Horrible Service!!!!! Took a ridiculously long time to get food. The veggie taco was cold, the Tri-tip dry and the tortillas too small. No salsas, very disappointing

I hate to give bad reviews but this place, service and hospitality were horrible: We put in our order around 11 the time the opened for TWO tacos. We did not get our good for over ONE HOUR. I am okay with being told the not kitchen is busy, short staff, etc. my issue is that when we continued to ask where our food was we were continually told your food is next . Other orders around us continued to get delivered their food. It wasn 't until I requested a refund that our food was delivered that miraculously the food appeared. My husbands pork was literally some a piece of pork belly on a tortilla (told fixings would come with it) and mine was the veggies taco without any sauce (told it would come) and cauliflower was sufficiently undercooked. Unless you are a local do not expect good service here. Will not be returning and not recommending to any of our wedding guests fiends.
