I was disappointed, would be an understatement. They served our drinks in dirty and dirty plastic cups, no glass! No presentation. I would avoid going here if you have other options. I made reservations for a Valentine's Day dinner over a month in advance. Upon arrival we checked with the host, he confirmed with us that they were able to see window seats... not true. Not only did we not get window seats, but we put ourselves in the middle of a dance floor on the elevate lounge next door. The chairs were super unpleasant. And the whole setup was very unimaginable, some of the chairs were missing others were the type you find in a cheap Quittañera. I have actually seen a couple standing up and going after sitting. We asked if we could change the seats and they said they were unable to meet high requirements. It's ridiculous how nothing was mentioned when I made the reservations. With the night forward, I ordered drinks and was absolutely shocked. When I used my plastic cup... no glass, but they used plastic cups to serve wine and bourbon. All our drinks were served in torn, scratched plastic cups. They had set up monitors that fly sweet Valentine's Day hearts in a pink background, to bad 2/3 of the monitors were broken. Very cheap presentation considering the price I paid for everything. I come with this place It is a higher price because of the view and atmosphere, and I was totally on board, but the fact that we are not sitting in the main restaurant and instead we were sent to what could be compared to the children's table. I am not sure if the manager was simply not interested in the service or not the coordinating skills to make this night a success, but I was extremely disappointed by my first visit to this place. I feel upset, I hope the responsible person reads this and realizes that I do not leave this constructive criticism out of anger, but in the hope that they are better

My friend and I chased us for Valentine's Day last night. It was the absolute worst experience we had so far especially for this special night. We had reservations at 8:15 and were not until 8:45. After we set ourselves, we waited for about 15 minutes on our server. We have our order for food and hot green tea. We ordered 2 Sushi dishes and the Ahi Tuna escape. From this point forward we did not see our server for 25-30 minutes. Our Sushi dish arrived about 30 minutes after the order and had still received our green tea that is easy to make. We finally got our main actor about an hour after sitting. The Ahi was absolutely terrible. I've never received Ahi. When the night preceded some tables near us, we experience similar things. From the waiting period to not receive their orders, or not the check after waiting 15 plus minutes. Many people had a terrible experience similar to us. We just expected a lot for the price and the special occasion. That's what makes a damper on the night. Please do better. Nobody deserves to be treated like that.

Dinner $100 I was pretty excited to book this place in advance for Valentine's Day. I thought the ambience was so cool location, high up with high rises in downtown, but too bad it was a cold night. They had outside heating, but not warm enough because of too high winds at night. Definitely everything went out by using Japanese Tacos, Calamari, Scallops, Tamaki Roll and Sashimi Set. TBH, it is not the best quality sushi, sashimi for the amount you will spend. We had the Tokyo Mule and the Japanese Negroni, both of whom were fine. It was a nice touch they offer free souvenir photo for Valentines. I would give this place more of Kudos for the view, but I would not recommend this place if you were looking for big sushi. There are cooler ambience out there for the high price you will pay especially if they charge a 20% service fee that is definitely new to us, unless it is because of Valentine's Day. I had expected a lot more, but definitely sharing a story.

The food was delish but a tad bit overpriced. The menu had a great selection and a good variety. The Valentine’s Day set up was cute and we had our photos taken and took home a long stem rose which was an excellent touch. It was freeeeeeezing. I had a few drinks to warm me up, and we got a table that was away from the breeze. Even though we were in the inside it was cold. Our server was excellent and the drink were amazing. The food was really good as well. Had a great Vday.
