Harold's Chicken Bar - Los Alamitos

I absolutely loved the seasoning at this restaurant, it was perfect!

I believe the restaurant was short-staffed. The waitress was lovely and tried her best to correct any mistakes, which we appreciated. The food was excellent and the cocktails were delicious. However, the service could be improved, and the women's restroom was very dirty. I would recommend HC&B to a friend, but would make sure to mention the issues I noticed first.

My husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon. The place was busy and we had a reservation, but we still had to choose our table. The only available option was a small table where we had to sit sideways due to lack of space. We decided to wait for a better table to become available. After a short wait, we were seated at a more comfortable spot. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, just like we remembered from our time in Chicago. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our experience even better. The 18% gratuity didn't bother us considering the quality of service we received. The prices were reasonable and they had daily specials. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended the restaurant to others.

Heard about this spot from a FB friend, so I rolled thru with a couple of foodies and we made it happen on a Friday nite. I ordered the chicken tenders and a side of shrimp and the rest of the crew decided to have fried fish and chicken combos. The mixed sauce is just what I needed and I also took home lots of leftovers. Will I be back, yes but taking the train as I am not giving up another $20 for parking, hell, that was more than the meal.

I think they were understated. the beautiful waitress did everything to correct the mistakes we have estimated. eating was very good. the cocktails were delicious. the service can be better. the lady room was very dirty. I will recommend hc
