Ihop - Lorton

Gentleman came out with the wrong order. He told the crew in the back that I changed my mind last minute, which was not true and then he proceeded to put the order in incorrectly. I only had about 35 minutes and it was already almost 25 minutes. I ordered was five egg whites with toast. Really unacceptable. Larger gentleman, didn’t feel the need to write the water down. I think it’s why he made the mistake.

The staff are so nice. Brandon was so helpful and friendly. He came to our table and checked on us with such friendly customer service. The food is always hot, delicious, and served with ?. It's clean and the bathroom is always clean. Great job guys!!!!! The steak burger cooked just right. The syrup container stay full. Tables always clean and prepared for each guest.

System was down, so it was cash only. After walking to get cash at an ATM, we returned to IHOP. We were immediately seated,however, nobody came to take our order. We left after sitting at the table for 15

What is the opposite of fast food you might ask? This IHOP. I will say, we stopped through on a Sunday brunch hour so yes it should be busy, but we waited over an hour from the time we sat down to the time we were told our food was ready by our server. If it's ready, wouldn't you bring it out? Especially with a child as part of the group? Especially since you can see it in our faces we've been waiting over an hour? This isn't gourmet food being prepared in the back, it's the International House of Pancakes for crying out loud!! The food was exactly what we expected so that was good, but man what a poorly run place. To cap it off, as we were leaving, a manager was chewing out the hostess in front of everyone for poor performance. If you can find another restaurant in the area, try to, otherwise maybe just skip the meal. I waited three weeks to let the anger subside before posting this. You're welcome.

The service was great. We went during a peak hour and we still didn't wait long for our food and for refills. Our server was great.
