Qdos Arts Centre - LORNE

QDOS lunch with Friends Was sceptical about visiting an ART Centre. We visited the location with some friends on February 6th for lunch. The experience was magnificent, the grounds, art gallery, food, and customer service were first class. Can thoroughly recommend a visit, the ambiance and calmness of the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The garden setting was beautiful. My only point would be increasing the number of menu options available, I thought the selection was too narrow and on the menu suggest you make reference that wine selection is on the front board where you order. No indication wine was available on the drinks menu. Besides those minor points, I am definitely looking forward to visiting the place again. Regards Paul Rappi.

Highly recommended is a stop off at the Qdos Art Centre on the outskirts of Lorne. Set in a magnificent bush setting it such a pleasure to wander through the gardens and the sculpture park surrounding the Art Gallery restaurant and accomodation facilities. The art gallery has rotating exhibitions and the artwork I viewed was great. Such a nice space!!!!

Even though I am not a fan of art, I was impressed by this unique experience. Located up the hill, this gallery offers a beautiful garden and café. It is a perfect spot to take a break during your holiday, whether you enjoy a coffee or admire the art. Even as someone who does not typically appreciate art, I found myself enjoying my time here.

After visiting Teddy's Lookout, we decided to stop at this restaurant. The sculpture art was displayed in a beautiful setting near the gallery and restaurant. The art inside the gallery was intriguing. The restaurant was charming, with the option to dine indoors or outdoors. I ordered the calamari and my husband had the soup, both of which were delicious. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth the short drive from Lorne.

Situated in the hills above Lorne, this is a perfect serene setting for a lovely lunch or coffee. Excellent service delicious food .... there are different exhibitions regularly, which makes every visit a new experience. Recommend
