Le Yachtman - Lorient

Restaurant of fish and seafood mainly. Budget 30-50€ No really the choice on the map. Only three levels of menus offered. However, it is possible to order a dish in the menu. This limit can be fresh. In any case, the quality was well present. The kitchen goes beyond the beaten paths with some originalities like an algae sorbet served with a hot dish for example. The desserts are very good. Service is good. The dishes were served fairly quickly and we take the time to explain the dishes. It was just a little frequent passage to serve us wine. The frame is good. We try our luck at the end of the service without reservation, but it seems to me to recommend to book in advance. You will normally have a very good time for a very good value for money.

On our way to Lorient, we have dinner at Le Yachtman restaurant! I couldn’t imagine the excellence of this restaurant! Exceptional welcome! As for the meal, you can at least give a Michelin star. A word? Whaou! Very well appointed restaurant, quiet (although the restaurant is complete), pleasant staff... But let's add: it was delicious! Butterflies to dessert, everything was perfect. I'll be back, and more than twice than one!
