Poutine Your Mouth - Lopez Island

It's different. It's delicious. It's food with personality. For a remote island, we should consider ourselves pretty lucky that this is a part of it. My finicky tween wanted no part of it and then he tried it and now he craves it.

Unless the staff know you, don 't expect anything more than average. Service is slow. One order of poutine took 20 minutes to make for no reason as orders that came after were made first. The amount of fries varies from order to order. One order of fries had a half serving and they were clearly leftover. The drinks are also hit or miss. The staff is super lazy or super laid back . I can 't tell which.

The crab sandwich!!!! We hunted this food truck down on a recommendation from our friend when visiting Lopez. We loved it so much we stopped by again on our way to the ferry out of town. The crew working is super friendly and kind and all the food is delicious. We tried the crab sandwich, the mushroom melt, and the poutine. Would recommend everything.

Yummy! Lots of options for those with dietary restrictions, which I so appreciate. Wish their schedule was more firm, though. Hard to know when they will be around sometimes!

This is one of the few places to eat that is open on Monday and Tuesday, so my partner and I were thrilled to try some vegan options. we loved the poutine your mouth and the magic mushroom! they are a meal. the gravy and the cheese are so delicious!
