Drive them through frustrating because I went to this place purposefully because the other one closer to my house has no drive through and my mobility is limited. service and food quality were good, but it was 11:00 clock and they had no lemon or double chocolate donuts. not sure if they ever wear more lemon. the breakfast sandwich was very good.
Person wasn't listening. Customer in front didn't get complete order, walked back to get it.I asked for 3 coffees but she only did 2but gave me 3rd and when got home, was missing couple things, lucky wasn't charge for it but a huge inconvenience. Been here before and no issues. Don't know what happened. ?
I saw no drive-thru line so I stopped to order but just a 30 second interaction with whomever was taking drive- thru orders was enough for me put my car in reverse and leave. I'm not wasting my money, time or energy. Too bad this location's management doesn't seem to understand this.Customer service tip Know your own menu- Treat customers with respect Don't let the customer pay the cost of your learning.
How can a place be consistently inconsistent? Their drive-thru line is horribly long and to make matters worse, when you finally get to the speaker to order, they make you hold and will eventually take your order. The front door to the inside of the restaurant will randomly be closed. There have been times when the drive-thru line was too long, so I parked to go inside, and to my surprise, the door is locked. I'm not sure if this a corporate decision or the employees just decide when they want to keep the door locked for whatever reason.
